Looper Cars
Strip accumulators that allow for continuous running of the line while welds are made. On #5 Pickler, one looper car, which can accumulate about 900 ft., is located in the basement on No. 1 level (entry end). The second looper car, located on No. 2 level halfway between the basement and the floor level, will also accumulate about 900 ft. There is a total of four loop sections.
