Wheelabrator Plus Parallel Parts Program Saves Money, Time

The Wheelabrator Plus Parallel Parts brochure highlights the program that allows users to purchase repair parts for Wheelabrator® and other manufacturer’s machines from one source, which saves both time and money.

Wheelabrator Plus, the after-sales division of Wheelabrator Group, provides a full range of services, replacement parts, training and equipment upgrades for all equipment users. The Parallel Parts program of this division offers the simplicity of a single supply source for the user’s most critical needs and the assurance of guaranteed fit and function in every part. These parts are supplied from Wheelabrator Group facilities with ISO 9001 certified Quality Management Systems. Non-stock cast and fabricated parts are also available, and most parts ship the same day they are ordered.

This 20-year-old Wheelabrator Plus program stocks more than 4,500 parts, and wheel kits are available that include blades/vanes, control cage, impeller and mounting hardware.

In addition, Wheelabrator Plus offers an Equipment Modernization Program (EMP) for wheel blast equipment. The technological advancements made by Wheelabrator Group research and development personnel are available for non-Wheelabrator equipment. By upgrading to new wheel blast technology, users will benefit from many positive results, including reduced operating costs, minimized machine down time, improved manufacturing efficiency and reduced maintenance time.
