Furnace oil being viscous, the flow is poor which makes its compulsory to preheat it up to the atomising temperature so as to achieve optimum combustion. Furnace oil heating-pumping-filtering unit or HPFU is available in the range of 1- 60 kW. This unit is a must with low air pressure and pressure jet burners. The HPFUs are available in simplex and duplex models depending on the process requirement. These unit comprise of electric oil heater fitted with renewable cartridge type heating element, gear oil pump with motor, oil filters, ball valves, pressure regulating valves, and inter connecting pipelines. If desired, steam oil preheater can also be supplied in case of boiler applications. These are widely used in rolling mills, steel plants, ferrous/non-ferrous foundries, glass, silicate, ceramics and foundries, etc. Outflow Oil Heaters are also available for the pre-heating of fuel oil in main storage tank and service tank to make easy flow of oil from the tank. The other product range includes pressure jet burners, LAP burners, centrifugal blowers, etc.
