The ASHFORD INSTRUMENTATION Model NVL001 Needle Valve Lock Off provides an anti-tamper solution that prevents unauthorised instrument valve operation. Made of non ferrous zinc alloy to prevent rusting the device is fully weatherproof. Unlike otypical security devices that utilise a locking ring and seperate padlock, the NVL001 uses a patented magnetic locking system that can be either keyed individually or supplied with a Multi key option that offers the user/site the convenience of only having one master key.

Each key is factory coded to match the corresponding locking device, so any attempt to slide a simple magnet into the lock will not bypass or compromise the security.

Each NVL001 can be fitted to the ASHFORD INSTRUMENTATION range of Needle Valves or Valve Manifolds prior to despatch to site, or can be fitted on site by a competent operator using the simple to follow installations provided with each unit. All that is required prior to order is the diameter of the existing valve stem to enable us to supply the correct adaptor piece.
