Sony’s XC1-V3
The XCI-V3 is equipped with a 1/3-type VGA (640 x 480) progressive scan CCD. The XCI-SX1 incorporates a 1/2-type SXGA (1280 x 1024) progressive scan CCD. Both cameras include a high-performance and flexible AMD GeodeTM GX533 processor with either built-in Linux ®OS or Windows®XPE OS. In addition, these cameras incorporate 1 Gig of compact Flash and a 100BaseTX/10Base-T interface for network connectivity. The Sony Smart cameras feature open architecture which allows for the users to install a variety of image-processing software applications or to develop and apply customized applications.
