The Almex SG1 control panel is the most sophisticated yet easy to use system in the world. It integrates vulcanizer operation, pressure reporting, and temperature reporting all into one compact lightweight unit.
The operator can plug the unit into the vulcanizer select the belt he is splicing from a library of cure profiles and the unit will take over eliminating any errors.
The SG1 controls twice as many platens as the T4 control system it replaces yet it is housed in specially designed compact enclosure which is sealed to IP54 standards. In an industry first the SG1 monitors the multiple platens and ensures that they all heat up together.
