Topcast now offers a twin-head version of its induction melting furnaces. In this video you may see a full twin-head melting system based on a Topcast TMF200-RI4 Induction Melting Furnace.
Furnace tilting is remotely controlled and hydraulic driven. You may melt ferrous and nonferrous metals including precious metals.
Temperature may be controlled by thermocouple or infrared pyrometer. Power may be switched between the two melting stations. An optional power supply controller allows the power sharing between the two melting stations working simultaneously.
