Multi-Weigh has been commissioned to supply an in-motion, high speed checkweigher,
for pack sizes from 2.5 to 10kg.
The system will include inverters to control the speed of the lead-in and lead-out conveyors,
ejection system for bags that are under weight,
as well as logging of bag quantity and total mass over the period.
this is another unique system, designed specifically for the client, using existing conveyors, fillers and stitching process.
We are adding traceability and control, according to needs that were identified.
all hardware is designed and manufactured by us, and all software formulated and coded in-house,
allowing incredible flexability to the system and software, to add value to the existing units.
