KV-Tech is a professional mold maker with it factory located in Shajing Town, Shenzhen, China. We provide from small precision molds to large part molds that cover most products of electric appliance, kitchenware, automotive parts, outdoor products and so on.
This product is the biggest injection mold we have produced. It is up to 40tons. With high quality steels, this mold can be required to produce 50,000sets products. This mold is with 1+1 cavities, and the injection machine is required about 3000tons.
