When tapping "out of position" and through holes, keeping the tapping fluid in place long enough for the tap to do its job is always a problem. Many tapping fluids are thin and run away from the job as fast as you apply them, shortening the life of the tap and reducing the quality of the tapped hole. Now there is "EEZ Foamy". Because it foams when you spray it, every bit of it is on the job and ready when the tap meets the metal.

After installing our first horizontal machine center, we began referring to any tapping that wasn't vertical-down, where you could fill the hole with tapping fluid, as "out of position tapping". That's also about the same time our production engineer discovered EEZ Foamy Tapping Fluid. The foaming tapping fluid made a huge difference in our production and quality. As we talk with people about EEZ Foamy, we are finding that foaming tapping fluid is mostly an unknown concept to a substantial percentage of the industry - that many people in this industry have never heard of a foaming tapping fluid, let alone experienced the advantages it has to offer. In addition, the large number of the searches we have performed in search engines, machining and metalworking newsgroups,and publications for "tapping fluid", have turned up almost no reference of any kind to foaming tapping fluid.

Because EEZ Foamy and it's unique advantages seem to be somewhat unknown, we find it easy to suggest " You have never used a tapping fluid like EEZ Foamy."
