Transformer Rectifier Units. It is used for Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System for changing alternative current to direct current.

Measuring Boxes: The potential between ground and cathode is essential knowledge that determines the protection level. The test stations are placed to watch the potential.

Reference Electrode: References Electrodes helps to determine the protection potential in ionic environment.A reference electrode is used in measuring the working electrode potential.

Galvanic Anodes :
Magnezium Anodes: Because of its high potensial, especially magnezium anodes are used in underground cathodic protection appliactions. They are quite expensive but have an extremely long life. They are therefore an economical choice for some applications.

Aluminium Anodes: Aluminum anodes are not commonly used in earth burial applications. Some proprietary aluminum alloy anodes work well in a sea water environment, saltwater and limited freshwater applications.

Zinc Anodes: For underground and undersea applications pure zinc anodes are used. They include %0,1-0,5 aluminium in zinc anodes which are used for undersea applications.

Gasket Materials: Along the pipelines, in order to prevent the cathodic protection current from being discharged, isolated gasket kits are used for insulation of flange joints. These kits are produced for every milimeter and inches dimensions and for every diametered flanges (including 600 lb. 48”). These sets are composed of pure teflon plate, shrinkable tubing which shrinks with heat or directly fixed polyethylene pipe over bolt, fiber washers for both sides of the bolt produced on the lathe from phenol fiber block, steel washers galvanize coated for placing over fiber washers.
