VerIC Systems LLC is an Electronic Design Automation (EDA) company
that provides software tools for the semiconductor industry.
We provide a very flexible and fast netlist comparator, vericnetTM, that
can compare netlists from different technologies and different spice formats
and is thus ideal for instance when moving a design from one technology to the next.
We also have a layout extraction tool, vericextTM, that takes either a gds2
stream file as input or it can read data bases from other popular tool vendors.
It will provide an extracted netlist and it has a field solver as an option that solves
Maxwell's equations in 3D for a given structure. vericext also comes with an efficient
short finder that can locate electrical shorts in layouts quickly and accurately.
