Initially established in 1994, Tangshan Huizhong Instrumentation Co., Ltd.is currently the largest ultrasonic flowmeter, water meter and heat meter production base in China, and the largest among its domestic counterparts in terms of the scale and size of the standard flowmeter calibration system. Huizhong's major product – series ultrasonic flowmeter has maintained the first place over the past decade among its domestic counterparts in terms of production capacity and sales volume, and its exported flowmeters have acquired the CE authentication.Over 10,000 battery-powered ultrasonic flowmeters, the first of its kind developed in China, has found successful applications in 100-odd water supply enterprises across China. In 2002, the ultrasonic heat meter for household use was successfully developed by Huizhong As the first of its kind developed in China,the series heat meters have been extensively used in households and district heating pipeline network.
