Smartco Projects specialises in the welding and machining repairs of various metal products including Aluminium and Magnesium. These products to be repaired mainly originate in the automotive, manufacturing and industrial sectors. Examples of repair work includes cracked manifolds, broken gearbox mounting lugs, bent shafts etc. In most instances, the new replacement parts are prohibitively expensive, not ex stock in the country, or are just unavailable. In addition to the repair work done, Smartco Projects manufactures custom parts as needed. In many cases, OEM replacement parts come as assemblies, forcing you to buy parts you don't really need. We will manufacture just the part needed - saving time and money. These parts can range from gears, shafts and mounting plates, through to redesigned custom assemblies to suit the customers requirements. We are also resellers of welding products, industrial machinery and general tooling.
