Shanghai Zhongyou TIPO Group was established by Xinfa Liu in July 1987 in Shenyang, the company has transferred from a tiny trade firm which had only 20 employees to a massive enterprise group which has 35 billion RMB fixed assets and employs nearly 5,000 employees.
