Two-material molding - MRPC has developed unique processes for combining rigid and elastomeric materials. At MRPC, two-material molding consists of silicone onto metal, silicone onto plastic, rubber onto metal, rubber onto plastic, thermoplastic elastomers (TPE's) onto rigid plastics and TPE's onto metal.
Micro-molding - MRPC's small precision presses produce accurate, repeatable molded silicone and thermoplastic parts weighing less than one gram for implantable electromechanical devices, catheters and more.
Clean room manufacturing - MRPC produces repeatable products in our certified Class 10,000 and 100,000 controlled environments to meet your stringent standards.
