Superbly detailed mouldings are standard from Mastermoulders. We have developed a range of moulding techniques that give our customers’ a real choice when it comes to choosing the right tooling for their project.
We have two distinctive production moulding options, P U Foam for smaller runs and Injection Moulding for larger quantities.
From epoxy resin through to CNC machined aluminium tooling we have the right solution to suit your production needs. In addition to our moulding service we offer colour matched painting, silkscreen printing, emc shielding and sub assembly work as part of the overall package.
Our epoxy tooling and CNC machined tools can go really big. We can make parts the size of a door and can dispense 25 kilo shot weights with our modern machines.
