We utilise Laser tracker 3D metrology and laser or optical alignment for industrial manufacturing such as, Heavy engineering, wind turbines blades , component fabrication , large scale forging, milling tables, hydro and steam turbines, ship building, refineries, paper and pulp mills and steel mills

Uitilising a Leica Laser tracker we have the capability to measure 3D coordinates to an accuracy of 10 to 100 microns in a volume of over 100 meters and believe that this is a “game changer”. The real time measurement process allows us to upload a 3D model into the software and compare the surveyed dimensions with the design and confirm that the dimensional tolerances have been met. If problem areas are found we can then establish these positions.
