Our high-tech manufacturing facilities at the premises of ArcelorMittal (Pretoria West) have been opened in April 2010 for commercial operation.
Our main products:
- Induction bends (all steel materials) up to 850 mm diameter and 120mm wall thickness. Bending radii: up to 4600mm, bending angles up to 180 degrees
- Prefabrication of piping spools for high pressure/high temperature applications
- Heat treatment of finished products. Size of our gas fired furnace is (LxWxH) 12x4x2.5 m, max temperature: 1200 degC
We have ISO 9001 approvals by TUV Nord and Level 4 BEEE rating.
