Wenwe Potential was created by Mark and Desrey Moore to offer a no nonsense approach to improving our clients productivity, through changes to organisational dynamics, methods and flow.
Generally the solutions to problems are available within the organisation but are buried beneath the daily drama of meeting schedule, fighting fires and survival.
We intend to release the potential within your team by mentoring them to solution and subsequent ownership of it.
Mark Moore the founder of Wenwe Potential has vast experience in manufacturing from machine shops, specialist fabricators and indeed his own company manufacturing reinforced resin products. This experience was gained mostly in South Africa where considerable resistance to change was part of industrial life and only through the involvement of all interested parties could any progress be made.
Desrey Moore the co-founder is an administration expert with years of experience at the top level of office organisation.
