CNC Bending

Sheet metal work can be folded and bent using CNC press brakes.  These manufacturing machines can bend sheet metal components from just a few mm long to many metres long.  All sheet metal materials can be bent up using a variety of standard press brake tooling.  Simple 90 deg bends, safe edges, joggles and many other forms can be produced.  Our CNC press brakes are the latest manufacturing technology when it comes to sub-contract sheet metal work.  We can change from job to job very quickly with past programs stored ready for production.  6 axis computer controlled back gauges enable very complex parts to be manuactured in one cycle producing quicker and cheaper components.
