Company Description

Established in 1984. In a garage with two full time employees Trans Electron was born.

Since those humble beginning Trans Electron has slowly grown to what it is today, "A leading transformer manufacturer and electrical distributor". A family owned business with a team of capable individuals all working together to satisfy the needs of our existing and potential customers. The core values remain in conducting ourselves with integrity. Being honest and open, in our effort to offer our customers good service and value for money.

Our transformer product range spans from 1.5VA all the way to 3 150kVA. We manufacture single and three phase transformers, PCB transformers, motor starting autotransformers, reactors, rectifiers, chokes, intermediate transformers, distribution transformers as well miniature substations.

We also offer a complete range of low and medium voltage switchgear, the full range of LSIS switchgear and Chint switchgear is available, complemented by other electrical components that cater for industries such as panel builders, contractors and electrical wholesalers. We also offer Franklin submersible pumps and motors and a range of water reticulation products.
