High Precision Ball Screws
SG Series Ball Screws
SG Series precision ground ball screws are the choice when high linear accuracy (i.e., grades C0, C1, C3, or C5) and/or smooth movement is required. A precision grinding process is used to create the ball screw thread.

- 3 – 15 mm diameter
- Leads from 0.5 – 20 mm
- Accuracy grades C3 and C5 in stock
- Made from JIS SCM415H bearing grade steel, hardened to HRC 58
- Most miniature applications can be solved with an off the shelf product.
SR Series Ball Screws
SR Series precision rolled ball screws are the choice where the extra cost of the higher quality product (SG series) is unnecessary. SR screws are made using a thread rolling process that is fasting than grinding allowing for a more economical product. We stock a select grouping for quick delivery.
- 4 – 15 mm diameter
- Leads from 1 to 20 mm
- Accuracy grades Ct7 and Ct10 in stock
- Made from JIS SCM415H bearing grade steel, hardened to HRC 58
- Stainless Steel SUS440C versions also available (SSR p/n prefix sizes 6, 8, and 10 diameter)
SD Series Ball Screws
SD Series precision ground bi-directional ball screws are an excellent choice for applications where you need left and right hand threads on one screw. Ball nuts on each end move in opposite directions of each other.
- 4 – 12 mm diameter
- Leads from 1 to 2 mm
- Accuracy grades C3 and C5 in stock
- Made from JIS SCM415H bearing grade steel, hardened to HRC 58
