Pro CNC’s engineers use Pro/ENGINEER™ for design engineering for assemblies and precision components. We also offer comprehensive Design for Manufacturability consulting and workshops.
Assembly & Contract Manufacturing
Pro CNC is a full service contract manufacturer for complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies along with production machining. We are capable of managing the complete supply chain for complex assemblies with fabricated parts such as sheet metal, molded plastic, custom springs, hardware and cabling. Our proprietary web based ERP system makes managing these assemblies an easy task.
Facilities & Equipment
Over 20,000 sq. foot facility with 20+ production cnc machines including horizontal and vertical CNC Milling centers able to handle up to 84”x32”x30” of travel. CNC turning centers including live tooling, Y-axis milling, and sub-spindles.
If your parts don't show up on time, it doesn't really matter if the quality is great. On-time deliveries are critical to succeed and we have the tools to make sure we come through. We have many customers who track our on-time delivery performance and report them to us with periodic supplier report cards. We have maintained a perfect 100% On-Time Delivery Rating for many of our customers and have near perfect ratings with many others. We are committed to the success of our customers and see that every production machining order is processed with the utmost care and efficiency.
Production CNC Machining
Pro CNC's production cnc machining department has over 20 CNC machines running on 3 shifts. Our significant capacity allows us to take on the largest projects with ease.
Our 3 spindle - 24 pallet horizontal cell system is a state-of-the-art flexible manufacturing cell. With the ability to run "lights out" for hours on end and machine small batches of parts with little or no set-up time, or high volumes of production parts we can deliver to our customers demands.
