CNC Turning, CNC milling, grinding, fabricating, welding, painting, assembly & testing are all housed under one roof. Implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques and shop floor data collection, we are able to remain competitive and at the forefront of sub-contract manufacturing.
With over 50 CNC machines and 90 staff, we can offer a diversity of supply from sliding head turning to a fully welded and painted 10 ton fabrication.
Metaltech's history goes back to 1973 when the original company was formed in Chard, Somerset.
We moved to our current premises in 1999. Since then, the building has been extended from 21,000 sqft to our current 50,000 sqft. Key industries served include Oil & Gas, Motorsport, Pump, Petrochemical, Automotive, Rail, Valve and Tobacco.
Metaltech Precision are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
