Martello Limited specialises in the manufacture of high quality plastic
pieceparts for pre-production series and on-going low volume production. We
produce parts in our own unique polyurethane resin technology - ThinRimTM -
using low cost silicone rubber moulds created from accurate and durable
machined patterns generated on our High Speed Machining centre. We have now developed our own resin injection system and can offer a one-off tooling fee for production work. Our
ThinRimTM resins are widely used for production caseworks for electronic and
medical equipments and are available in high temperature, UV stable and
V0 flame retardant variants of our 'ABS-like' resin. Elastomeric resins are
available for keymats, overmoulds and seals in a range of Shore hardness
ratings from 10 to 95A.
