High quality injection mould tools are the heart of any successful moulded product. Over several years, we have developed close working relationships with toolmakers in China. This allows us to offer excellent mould tools at competitive prices.
We have a range of Chinese toolmakers and moulders whose work our Project Engineers personally oversee in situ: in China. We manage the entire tooling programme from design - build - tool trials to production either in China or at our Devon base. Your choice - with our UK guarantee.

INJECTION MOULDING
Whether you require single or two shot moulding, our fully equipped all-Arburg mould shop (with presses ranging from 60 to 200 tonnes) can provide the solution to suit your project. Ask about our 'design for manufacture' analysis.
We can run tools with auto un-screwing mechanisms, collapsing cores, up and aways as well as hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanically actuated elements....
We also offer second operations and assembly to complement our moulding services, eg: in-moulded inserts, screw or heat staking inserts into parts after moulding.
Our specialised two colour or two material injection moulding process allows component designers the luxury of integrating value into the core of their products. Windows, seals, grips, buttons and text are examples of features that can be built into a single plastic moulding... an in-moulded logo will never rub off.
