We are a Prototype Engineering Company producing low volume sheet metal parts and their assembly. We specialise in subframes and other automotive understructure components. A strong emphasis is placed on working closely with you, our customer, to enable us to simulate your production processes.

Established in 1963 the company can offer many years prototype experience. All of our employees are fully skilled in all aspects of sheet metal manufacture, using both old and new techniques. Our strong and highly motivated project management team support this expertise. offering you a wide range of knowledge from your initial design stage through to final manufacture.
We have experience with most materials including high strength steels up to a strength of 800 N/m2, coated steels, aluminium alloys, stainless steel and brass.
We have a CNC Tube Bending and Robot Aluminium WElding capabilities and also have a range of presses up to 400 tonnes, a number of robot welding cells and a 5-axis laser cutter to further aid simulation of production processes.
