Border Engineering Ltd have large dedicated facilities for welding, punching, folding and fabrication, employing over 20 highly skilled personnel. Border Engineering Ltd have significant expertise in special purpose vehicles, parts for LPG gas conversions, plasma screen fixings, cradles for cherry pickers, parts for trailer mounted self propelled platforms, Bedford lorry spares for MOD, spares for Carmichael Fire Engines and non-ferrous stainless steel emergency lighting bracketing. Borderlines principle plant includes a Trumpf TC200R (Trumatic 200) which is used for our punch pressing and has a press capacity of 20T capable of working with sheet thicknesses of up to 6mm, with a punch accuracy of ±0.1mm; an AFM 3m 160 Tonne CNC brake press; a Megoform 2m 50 Tonne CNC brake press.
