Series 5 Micro Inverters
Our Series 5 inverter is a low cost and compact size inverter. However, don’t let the compact size fool you, the Series 5 mini-inverter is packed with the same protection features you would find in larger controls. Built-in current limit provides motor overload protection. High peak-current is available for up to 2 minutes and delivers up to 200% starting torque. The available peak currents will result in reduced nuisance tripping during overload conditions. Electronic inrush current limit and filtering is standard to reduce transient voltage spikes from dirty power sources.
H2 Inverter
The new H2 Inverter drive offers open loop speed control in one easy to use package: V/Hz mode for multiple motors or Encoderless Vector for higher performance all in one package. V/Hz mode allow out of the box setup and operation. H2 Inverters are used for a variety of applications that require adjustable speed operation and good speed regulation including pumps, fans and general machinery applications. V/Hz is the control method of choice for applications where multiple motors are operated simultaneously from one motor control.

Whether you are automating equipment or preparing to save energy on fans and pumps Baldor has an easy to use motor control for all your needs. From small mini inverters to floor mounted cabinets Baldor has stock ratings from 1/3 to 450 HP. All units are UL and CUL listed and many are standard with ready to mount NEMA 1 enclosures and easy to use Operator Keypads.
SmartMotor®
This breakthrough drive product combines adjustable speed control electronics with a Premium Efficiency industrial motor in one easy to install, easy to use package. The Baldor SmartMotor is available in 1 through 10 HP covering NEMA frames from 56C to 215TC for standard and Washdown Duty designs. Close Coupled Pump units in NEMA 143JM to 215JM frames are also available. UL / CUL Listing and C-Face with rigid mounting base is standard and all models are available from stock.
Analog Soft-Start & Dynamic Brakes
BirCraft's full line of Soft Start motor controls for AC induction motors include products from simple Torque Control designs to the easy to program Digital controls. Units are available to reduce mechanical stress, prolong motor life and lower motor inrush currents in both single and three phase designs. Combination, Non-Combination and control only configurations in panel or NEMA 1, 3R, 12, or NEMA 4 enclosures are available from 1 through 800 HP. Many are available from stock or can be quick shipped in 72 hours or less. UL and CUL Listing along with CE Certification are standard on most designs.
Digital Soft-Start
BirCraft's Digital Soft-Start control combines the simplicity of a 6 SCR three phase voltage regulator with the most adaptable soft starting techniques available. Soft Starting reduces the wear on mechanical gears, chains, sprockets, belts and gearboxes. It also reduces water hammer in pumping applications. The reduced inrush current can prevent peak overload of the overall plant, thus preventing peak demand penalties charged by the local utility company.
H2 Vector
BirCraft's new line of H2 Vector Drives provides the ultimate control of AC induction motors. Using a motor mounted encoder, or similar feedback sensor, the control is able to precisely control motor torque and speed. Full torque at zero speed, ability to directly command motor torque, tight speed regulation and high-speed motor operation are all available. Setup is easily accomplished using the one touch rotational or stationary autotune feature. But the control doesn’t stop there, adaptive tuning will also automatically adjust the control loop while the motor is running.
H Vector
High performance Vector controls for AC Induction motors are available in a variety of ratings, and input voltages. Using Flux Vector control techniques and closed loop motor feedback the Baldor Vector control makes automating industrial equipment easy with the built in motor auto-tuning feature. Baldor stocks ratings from 1 to 450 HP and has custom capabilities in larger horsepower sizes. All units are UL and CUL listed and come standard with ready to mount NEMA 1 enclosures and easy to use Operator Keypads. Expansion capabilities for various I/O and Bus Communications protocols are available with field installable expansion boards.
Vector Line Regen
High performance Line Regen Vector controls for AC Induction motors are available in a variety of ratings, input voltages and enclosure styles. Using Flux Vector control techniques and closed loop motor feedback the Baldor Line Regen Vector control adds even more capability in slowing a motor and saving energy at the same time. No dynamic braking resistors are needed to bleed energy from the motor control. Near unity power factor and ability to meet IEEE-519 (1992) is easy with the built in sine wave input/output converter section. Baldor stocks ratings from 10 to 50 HP and has custom capabilities in larger horsepower sizes. All units are UL and CUL listed and come standard with ready to mount NEMA 1 enclosures and easy to use Operator Keypads.
H2 Washdown Inverter Drive
BirCraft's new H2 Washdown Inverter drive offers open loop speed control in one easy to use Nema 4x/IP65 package: V/Hz mode for multiple motors or Encoderless Vector for higher performance all in one package. The Easy to Use keypad is integrated into the cover in order to prevent “voids” whereby food or other contaminants can collect. V/Hz mode allow out of the box setup and operation. Used for a variety of applications that require adjustable speed operation and good speed regulation including pumps, fans and general machinery applications. V/Hz is the control method of choice for applications where multiple motors are operated simultaneously from one motor control.
Washdown
BirCraft's Washdown Duty adjustable speed motors and motor controls are designed for applications where the equipment is subjected to brutal high-pressure washdown or exposed to elements of inclement weather. Inverter and Vector controls are available in NEMA 4X enclosures from 1 through 20 HP. All Washdown Duty controls are UL and CUL Listed. Inverter and Vector Duty motors are available in Paint Free and Epoxy Coated finishes from 1 through 10 HP. All Washdown Duty Inverter and Vector Drive Motors are UL Recognised and meet NEMA MG1, Part 31.
H2 Servo
BirCraft's new line of H2 Servo Drives provides control of 3-phase AC induction servomotor in an industrial package and design. These Nema 1 controls offer BirCraft's easy to use Smart Keypad for easy setup and flexibility. The H2 keypad follows the same easy to use menu structure as that of its companions, the H2 Inverter and H2 Vector drives.
