Orange Recruiting is a partnership company of Volition, the leading supply chain process specialists in South Africa. Volition is a Proudly South African and “black empowered” company that continually seeks broad-based black economic empowerment (“BBBEE”) opportunities. In addition to changes in direct empowerment (ownership and management control), Volition has progressed well and continues to focus in the areas of human resource development and indirect empowerment.
The recruitment business was born out of a need expressed by the market for above average candidates, specifically in the supply chain market. The first thinking on this came about through Volition’s own experience with Recruitment agencies, which was a less than satisfactory experience. The fees were high, the quality of input and feedback was low, but the most influential factor was the lack of integrity and guarantee when a candidate left after a short period.
