Teflex South Africa has been machining engineering plastics since 1987 and has a good record for service and quality. We are local moulders of P.T.F.E (Teflon) and keep in stock a wide range of G.S.M.,Nylon, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Tufnol and other engineering plastics in rod and sheet. We only supply to the South African market.

Expansion Bellows
P.T.F.E bellows used in the valve Industry and in the laboratory.

Valve kits & Balls
For the valve industry we machine ball and taper plug valve kits and balls from 10mm – 300mm diameter.

Skiving & Tapes
We skive from 3mm – 300mm wide and 0.5mm – 4.5mm thick in all P.T.F.E grades.

Hydraulics & Pneumatics
All types of seals to customers specification. Such as Tufnol and G.S.M Wear Rings, Piston and Rod Coppers, Back-ups, Chevron Packs, Vari Seals, Bushes ect.

Other items in Engineering Plastics can be machined.
